NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 9 July 2025.
The event provides an on opportunity for members of the public, partners and colleagues to reflect on the organisation’s key achievements over the past year.
The AGM will be broadcast live on YouTube from 5:00pm, enabling wider access and engagement across from the region. The event will include updates on the organisation’s strategic vision, financial performance and progress made during the 2024–25 period.
The meeting will begin with opening remarks from Jason Stamp, Acting Chair of the ICB, who will outline the vision and ambitions for the future of integrated care across Humber and North Yorkshire. Teresa Fenech, Acting Chief Executive, will present a selection of key highlights and achievements from the year, followed by a financial overview, presented by Desiree Irving-Brown, Executive Director of Finance and Investment.
