Breakthrough 2023/24: Leadership, talent and succession
Breakthrough is the name of our system-level workforce transformation programme for 2023/24 and a key workstream within this is our leadership, talent and succession group.
Bringing together leaders from across health and care in Humber and North Yorkshire, this group is exploring:
- how we create best practice for leaders at all levels
- a common induction for colleagues new to our system
- the creation and delivery of a career progression curriculum
- working with wider systems across the North East and Yorkshire region to explore succession planning for senior talent
You can find out more about this and wider Breakthrough workstreams on our people and workforce page.
