NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB publishes Annual Report and reflects on progress and challenges with Annual General Meeting

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) has published its Annual Report and presented its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2024-25. These offer an overview of achievements, challenges, and financial performance across the region.

The AGM, which was pre-recorded and is now available to view online, features reflections from Acting Chair Jason Stamp, Acting Chief Executive Teresa Fenech, and Executive Director of Finance and Investment Des Irving-Brown.

The AGM highlighted the ICB’s continued focus on improving population health, tackling inequalities, and delivering high-quality, integrated care. Key milestones included the launch of the refreshed Integrated Care Strategy, a deepened commitment to organisational values, and steps to transform services. Also included was a detailed overview of the ICB’s financial position, with confirmation that the organisation met all of its key financial targets for 2024-25, including delivering £2.2 million more in savings than required.
