Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative Programme are delighted to launch their Annual Report for 21/22.
This report outlines the key successes within our programmes that have taken place throughout the last year, as well as our priority areas that we are continuing to develop.
The launch of our report coincides with our fourth annual international conference which took place on Monday 12th December 2022, and included keynote speakers such as Professor Sir Michael Marmot, Chris Dzikiti and Tom Cahill.
