In the latest update from the VCSE Collaborative we learn how they are supporting the roll out of Personalised Care training to enable VCSE Sector staff and volunteers in health and care roles to access free training and resources from the Personalised Care Institute.
The VCSE Collaborative also provided an update on their contribution to a system wide report on the impacts of the Cost of Living Crisis, and the VCSE Sector’s role in Urgent Emergency Care (UEC) and in both admissions avoidance and the discharge pathway.
