Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Medicines Optimisation Committee

The scope and function of the IMOC is to continually develop and promote the vision, values and culture of quality pharmacy and medicines services, ensuring that commissioned services meet national and local clinical standards, realising equitable access to medicines for the HNY population and in turn quality outcomes across HNY.

The HNY Integrated Medicines Optimisation Committee (IMOC) will improve patient-centred healthcare and provide assurance regarding the quality of pharmacy and medicines optimisation services across HNY. It will provide a focus on medicines safety, quality and value and clinical governance, promoting and advancing equality and diversity across the system, and driving a reduction in health inequality across the HNY population.
