Healthier Together brings together health and care advice for families into one easy to navigate place. Information on the website is aligned to Humber and North Yorkshire clinical guidelines and procedures, meaning those visiting the site receive the same ​self-care/management health advice from the website as they would from​ the GP practice.​

​The aim of the campaign was to reassure the ‘worried well’ whilst also highlighting those who do need to see a health professional.
