With the New Year approaching many of us will have set ourselves resolutions to improve our wellbeing. But did you know that 43% of people give up by February?

With the added pressures of COVID-19 it’s no surprise that many of us have lost our motivation.

However, have no fear! The Humber, Coast and vale Resilience Hub team are here to help you get your mojo back and stick to those New Years Resolutions in order to be the best you!

The Hub offers free wellbeing support to health, care and emergency service staff living and working in North Yorkshire, The Vale of York and Humberside.

This January The Humber, Coast and vale Resilience Hub team are running a free webinar to support you to stick to your New Year resolutions, improve your wellbeing and boost your resilience.

The event is taking place via MS Teams and includes a 1hr webinar followed by a 30-minute workshop.

The webinar will cover:

  • January Blue’s – Why you might feel low, psychology behind it and how to lift yourself up.
  • New Year’s Resolutions – Dr. Laura-Jayne Carter talk about New Year’s resolutions based on Theory of Change.
  • Be the best you – Advice and support around healthy way to address most common New Year’s resolutions.
