Our Apprenticeship Work

We work to promote and enable apprenticeships in local health and care organisations, providing operational support to deliver workforce transformation across the Humber and North Yorkshire region.

Focusing on how apprenticeships can be used to bridge skills gaps and develop current workforces. Additionally, supporting organisations to maximise the funding opportunities available to train staff using apprenticeships with a particular focus on the transfer of the levy money between the levy paying organisation and the non-levy paying organisation.

We can help employers identify roles and standards that would suit apprenticeships and match a desired role to an available standard.
