HNY Inc. – inclusion for our health and care workforce
HNY Inc. is our workstream for workforce inclusion across Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.
It is co-designed and co-developed by minoritised colleagues from across the full health and care sector and is informed by our intersectional working group, the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) Inclusion Assembly.
About the HNY Inclusion Assembly
The Assembly brings together colleagues from across health and social care, from large NHS hospitals to local voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations.
Members include the chairs of staff networks from individual organisations who share a protected characteristic under the Equality Act (2010) as well as EDI colleagues and senior leaders from across our partnership.
The Assembly forms part of our ICB’s formal governance arrangements, reporting directly into the Workforce Board.
