APC and subgroup paperwork.

HNY APC meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Papers should be submitted to nuth.hnyapc@nhs.net at least 10 calendar days before the meeting date.

HNY Medicines Formulary Group (MFG) meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Papers should be submitted to hnyicb.mfg@nhs.net at least 10 calendar days before the meeting date (i.e. by the second Monday of the month).
