VCSE Collaborative Update

The VCSE Collaborative’s vision is to enable the potential and impact of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector to be realised by being fully integrated into the planning, design and delivery of health and care across Humber and North Yorkshire.

The VCSE Collaborative meet on a monthly basis. Following each meeting we share an overview of the discussions with the wider VCSE sector to update you on the Collaborative’s activities.

In the latest update from the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector Collaborative we learn about the development of VCSE Assemblies across Humber and North Yorkshire, plans to host an event to showcase the scale and impact of the VCSE Sector’s work with the wider system, and the creation of a working group to focus on and fully understand the impact of Social Prescribing across Humber and North Yorkshire.

The VCSE Collaborative is also finalising the publication of an Interim Winter Pressures Report that highlights the Sector’s work and support around hospital discharge and admissions avoidance.
