Collaborative Staff Banks

Flexibility and Freedom: Choose your shifts, support where you’re needed most.

Introducing the Humber and North Yorkshire Collaborative Staff Bank.

NHS Trusts within our region have joined forces, to develop a regional staff bank to progress our ambitions of a shared workforce.

Collaborative Staff Banks are forming across the UK, delivering benefits for staff, managers, and employing organisations whilst ensuring quality care for our patients. Hosted by the Health and Care Partnership we hope that our regional staff bank will offer our workforce greater flexibility balancing individuals’ wellbeing, whilst building skills and experience.

Launch: Nursing and Midwifery

We are launching our Humber and North Yorkshire Collaborative Staff Bank with our Nursing and Midwifery workforce, with future aspirations to expand to additional groups, such as AHPs and Medics.

The launch of our Nursing and Midwifery Collaborative Staff Bank will be available to staff with substantive or bank employment. For more details on bank employment opportunities across Collaborative Staff Bank settings please follow the links to relevant recruitment pages:
